Buy TicketsBANJO will sweep you through the ache and awe of pre-Federation Australia.
Through his hardships in 1880s rural Australia, his time as a writer and lawyer in the dusty, dirty streets of Sydney, and his bitter return to the country, BANJO follows Paterson’s dreams of a wilder Australia.
This unique musical delivers an “incredibly moving experience” (Former NSW Arts Minister, Ben Franklin).
The masterful weaving of Paterson’s verse, Coldplay’s music, and contemporary dance creates a raw and honest journey of love, connection, and sacrifice.
"It’s a cyclone; I hardly took a breath."
BANJO invites you to be transported back to a breathtaking land—Australia of old.
Take the dusty track to paradise…
